Please join us for a screening of “Plastic Warriors” and a critical conversation with Kristal ‘Ocean’ Ambrose, recipient of the prestigious Goldman Environmental Award, on the importance of youth-led, Caribbean resistance to plastic pollution. In this conversation, we will speak to the intersections of waste and race in the afterlife of slavery and colonization.
